digitize bug in FCP 7?
Just starting to work in FCP 7 and have come across something that seems to be a bug after quite a bit of troubleshooting. curious if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.
When logging and capturing from tape, everything works fine unless I close the log & capture window and then batch capture clips from the browser. When it begins the capture, it stops and says “general error.” It will not work again unless I do a restart. If I keep the log & capture window open and continue to digitize, it does not occur.
So far, this is not a big problem and I have been able to work, but would like to know if there is something that could eliminate the problem.

This doesn’t happen to me. If it was a bug it would happen to everyone. Try trashing preferences. Use the PREFERENCE MANAGER to do it right. https://www.digitalrebellion.com. FREE!
