Digitization Issues
We are having a problem digitizing HD footage into an adreneline. SD footage goes in fine, when you try to digitize HD the audio comes in fine, the video plays on the monitors in the suite but the video dosen’t show on the computer screen. When playing back with the video track turned off the audio plays fine, but once the video track is turned on an error message is displayed. We did try a new timeline, a different project and even a new project with the same results.
We have an MC Adreleline on a HP XW8200 with 3gig of ram and a 5 terabyte raid.
Any ideas? Thanks so much.

Are you receiving/capturing the correct format? Is Sync connected?
