Digital painted tracing strokes
Ola!
Want to create something similar like this;
To be more specific, the strokes which symbolize the feeling of movement.
I currently got this; (made out of a trace of found footage, which means their tons of masks)
I’ve tried several effects (echo, directional blurs) to re-create this kind of painted stroke idea but cant find the correct way.
Any tips?

If you want it to look painterly…that’s going to be tough. You could probably start by using some particles, but that’s going to be tricky.
Is this with footage or animation?

You could use ReelSmart Motion Blur to generate some velocity maps from your image, use it to drive particle’s velocity and then set the aux particles to a negative amount of movement from main particles with a decreasing size.– The Great Szalam
