  • Digital Juice content & activation?

Does anyone have contact info for the Digital Juice team? They closed shop in the wake of David Hebel’s passing. No one responds to queries. You can no longer access your Digital Juice account or anything else online.

I still have a lot of Digital Juice physical media purchased over the years, before they moved to online streaming service. I’m rebuilding a Juicer3 library so I can access the material as needed. Some of it requires activation codes, I still have many of mine saved, but not all.

Since users can no longer access their online accounts to retrieve codes, it’d be nice if anyone still attached to the Digital Juice company could release some kind of universal activation codes for their old physical media products. Some vendors do this when the products are no longer supported. If anyone on the Creative Cow team has alternative contacts for Digital Juice staff, please pass along this request for a parting gift from Digital Juice to their loyal customers. Thanks.

    Hey Jaeson,

Thank you for highlighting this – just found out that they closed Busyboxx too, which I also spent money with.

As these were lifetime deals, I would suggest two approaches.
    1) Find out who the executor of the will is, as that would still be processed. And, make a creditor claim.
    2) As they kept selling “life-time” deals, there could be a case for fraud across US and international lines, which suggest that authorities should be alerted.

If that doesn’t work, there is an option 3.

It is awful news that the owner passed away. But would he really want this to be his final reputation?

But it is more disappointing that Digital Juice did not email customers to let them know they were shutting down. I had a similar deal with a library of photos. They “handed” all their assets to a third party that is now selling them. I would not be surprised if the same happened with Digital Juice.

Please keep us updated on this thread.

    Thank you.

    Hello Jaeson,

It certainly is sad to hear of David Hebel’s passing. I do not see any current direct contacts to Digital Juice. I’ve reached out to someone who might have information, but we’ll see. If I hear anything, I will certainly let you know.
