Is that all of their FX & plugins? I’m not up on what they offer.

Do we read anything into that decision like them no longer developing plugins, or no longer doing FCPX stuff?

Yes, this is all of their plugins, which are 12 effects, generators, and transitions. These are only for FCPX. I wouldn’t read anything into this one way or the other. Their main focus has been the Speedscriber transcription software/service for a while.
