  digital gliches on MPEG export, how do I fix it?

  So I have some major gliches on every video that I export out of FCP, Compressor, DVD Studio Pro, iDVD. I have even played with about every setting for the MPEG 2 compression. Has anyone ever experienced something like this? The Gliches contain square pixels that randomly pop up on the screen. I recently bought Media Cleaner 6 to cleanly compress my videos. Any suggestions as to how I can get my apple software to compress without artifacts and pixelation and at times bad audio? Help!
