I am just starting a project and need to use some digital camera files taken with a point and shoot digicam.
With Prem CS3 the files import properly and Premiere seems to use FFD show and all is OK..

However with CS4 i cannot seem to get the files to play..i get the audio but the video from the digicam is static.
When i first import the digicam files into CS4 I sometime get a box asking if i want to use FFD show or not and whether i answer yes or no it doesn’t seem to matter …CS4 just doesn’t want to play those files…

any idea on how to get CS4 to use those files.
    Thanks
    Stan

    Hi!

Any chance I can get that codec name/download link? I’m having the same issue and would love the help! 🙂

    Thank you!
