    Hi All,

I’m gonna be shooting a music video next week using a DVW-700WSP and a studio lighting setup. I am trained in setting up lighting using a light meter (I’m taking my Sekonic L-758C) for film, but have not DOPed using digi-beta before (for a shoot). I know a lot can be done using Zebra, but I feel a lot more confident achieving what I want using my light meter.

My main problem is I’m not really sure what ISO Digibeta (or more specifically this camera) equates to. My research throws up a lot of different figures; some say 350ish, some say over 600. I can’t find anything in the manual. Does anyone know what sort of figure I should be working with?

Also, if any seasoned vets out there have a couple of words of advice using digibeta cameras they would be really appreciated!

    Many Thanks!

    Andreas

Or if anyone knows a way to work out the iso of a Digibeta camera, any information would be really appreciated!
