Digesting 7D footage with Sony card reader?
Hi guys.
I have a short film shot with Canon 7D. I have the CF cards, but I don’t have the camera. What I do have is the Sony’s card reader that came with HVR-Z7. Will that work? Has anyone done this?
Last thing I’d want to do is plug these cards into wrong device and corrupt them.

Any reader with CF (compact flash) slot will work.

Though the Sony reader might try to convince you that you have purchased the incorrect camera as it begrudgingly transfers your footage…
