Diffrences from Preview window > Render / .Mov color alterations – Sony Vegas

Alright, The video is supposed to look like the preview. But when I go to render it shows the media generators used in the foreground instead of the background. Don’t know why it is not rendering exactly what is showing in the preview window.
Also I just got my hands on the Video copilots Evolution media package. And what I am wondering is is there a way to change the “Flourish” and Extention etc’s colors without changing the entire .mov. So basically doing the exact same thing in the youtube video but without using the media generators.
