    DG preset for Compressor

    I’m looking for a quick way to format a video for DG/Fastchannel.

    The settings we got from the agency were pretty specific, including 720×480 MPEG 2 @ 18mbps. 4:2:2 color and MPEG audio.

    Does anyone have a preset for Compressor they could share?

    Hey David,

    Working through the same thing here. Would be happy to share any info I come across. For now, doing a custom setup.

    As of yet Compressor can’t make the type of file needed by DGFastchannel. The controls aren’t there. Right now Episode is your best bet but there are other programs that can do it too.
