  • Determining correct exposure for HF100

Let me begin my question with a gripe. It appears that it may be impossible to determine with 100% accuracy what perfect exposure actually is with the Canon HF100 camera. That really pisses me off.

With that being said – I’ll give the camera the benefit of the doubt and hope one of you can shed some light on my problem. I need to determine how – using the Canon HF100 – I can determine what absolutely correct exposure actually is. I can’t stand just “eye balling” the exposure, only to determine when I drag it into Sony Vegas that it looks way under-exposed. That is the most frustrating thing in the world.

Hope you can shed some light on my problem.
