    Does anyone know anything about desktop
    vision mixers?

    Would like to mix a live webcast with replay
    abilities and also be able to record the program.

    Is this possible or am I dreaming?

    I think it may help if you give us a few more details. Where is the webcast coming from and where is the mixed feed going to ? What do you want to replay ?
