Desktop Video 9.6.1 problems
I, too was having memory issues with Intensity Pro/9.5.3 and PP CS6 (Win7)
However, today I have had to remove 9.6.1:
1. Timeline will start to play.
2. About 20 seconds in, vision will freeze whilst audio continues
3. Playhead jumps to start of timeline and appears to be playing – however the audio continues to play without interruption.
4. If I stop/start playback, it will resume from new playhead position until the cycle repeats itself.This was not an issue before 9.6.1
Native XDCAM EX edit with MPE/Quadro FX3800 and 24GB ram and Raid0 drives.
Disabling Intensity Pro as default playback device resolves the issue.
6.5.2 now reinstalled and freezing/memory issue have vanished – although I’d forgotten the age it takes to send the initial output signal to the external monitor!!

I also had this issue with 9.53 drivers
https://forums.creativecow.net/readpost/124/8819299.61 fixed that but created new issues
The only format I could get to work was 1080 50i
everything else had syncing issues, weird flashes and bad audio.
Have returned to 9.52Martin

I should have said that this was 1080p25. I haven’t tried any other format.

I have never had anything else than 1080i and 720/50P working on Black magic cards.
