  design desktop video 7.9.2 and ultra studio pro

  I think i’m nearly there with the Ultra Studio Pro.
  I have it set up with an ASUS motherboard and trying to test live video/audio.
  The problem I am having now is the preference settings for design desktop 7.9.2.
  I am trying to understand about the ‘in’ and ‘out’ settings. For example I use FlashMedia LiveEncoder to encode the feed and broadcast.
  I’m in UK. I’m testing using an .AVI file which is PAL 720×576. Streaming this out at bitrate 600kbps Frame size 768×432 ie 16:9. Maybe these settings are not so interesting for you but there seems to be an issue in the way I have set this up as the stream is not really working. I say not really working as I have had audio coming out but not video. I cannot find a good reference for this control panel software. Any suggestions or tips out there folks?
