Demultiplexing
My situation is kind of similar to the post by Antonis Tsoukatos. After demultiplexing, using ReStream, I have two files – audio and video.
However, I need to “rejoin” the audio file with the “converted” video file the program produced.
The purpose was to change a MPEG2 file with a distorted 16:9 aspect ratio screen. ReStream performed brilliantly in fixing the video portion, but completely took out the audio. This is my first time ever demultiplexing a file, so this process is new to me.
Is there a way to have the audio file rejoin the “new” (for lack of a better term) video file?

You can “Mux” them again with ffmpgx.
