    Hi guys,
i’m working on a documentary that eventually needs to be output on digibeta.
it was shot on miniDV and I’m working on a dv sequence..
I thought was just a matter of playing out to tape directly from the timeline, through a breakout box, but the postproduction house were we’re finishing off said that I can’t do that and i have to make a quicktime that will be played to tape..
Just wondering if by exporting as QuickTimeMovie, as a movie self contained and without recompressing frames i will have the possible best quality to go to digibeta
    Thanks
    Manuela

If you have some graphics, animations or titles in your movie, it might be worthwhile to re-render your sequence as DV50 then outputting your QT movie from there.
