Deleting old posts

In almost every case, no, especially if it’s tied into a thread.

That said, we have turned off threads that violate our terms of service…but even then, it’s critical to note: once it has been sucked up into Google, it’s there forever. Believe me, we’ve tried to talk to them about this, but they’re not even vaguely sympathetic.

So unless you can point us to a thread that specifically violates our terms, it’s not going anywhere. (Please see the upper right corner for the About Us link, which will take you to the Terms of Service, as well as the Contact Us form to write us offline.)

And again, please note, it’s in Google until Google goes dark. We have no control over that.
