  deleted P2 files

  While using the new P2 import window in FCP 5.1.2 I accidentally deleted an 8 gig P2 card worth of media. I have been able to recover the mxf files from the P2 card (it had not been written over). However I can not seem to get the files to import into FCP. What seems to be missing is the xml files.

  Does anyone know how I can import these files? or are they lost forever?
