  deleted files

  i recently had a lacie disk “crash” ie i could not mount in to the desk top. i ran Disk Warrior and was able to get the hard drive back… but now several of my files are missing? any help?

  also, i lost a disk the day before with a completely different problem, the drive was ticking like a clock, the people at lacie said that this disk was gone, and i’d have to send it to a recovery house.

  could these two problems be related? is there some maintenence i’m not doing? i’m running out of hard drives.
