deko matte key into avid express dv
I am building weather graphics in Deko and importing them as targa file into Avid. It comes in as an alpha channel. Then I add a matte key and swap sources. For some reason they lose their title properties doing that and I can’t figure out what I am doing wrong. If it’s a white fill with a black outline and blue shadow it looks like a blue blob of color and none of the original properties. Thank you!

if you export em with an alpha (32bit) you can import em with alphas and ya wont have to do a matte and fill.
