I don’t know how its works Nattress Standar convertion for that task, but Nattress got some other de-interlacers in the FilmEffects pack.
TMTS its works fine if you set it at 100%. There is another application that you can download from the web: JES deinterlacer. I’ve never used but I read in this forum good things about it.

As Ed says you can use Compressor. In the “Video Format’ window set the field dominance of your original footage. Them set “Frame control’ to CUSTOM. In the same window set “Output fields” to PROGRESIVE, and set the Deinterlace to FAST, BETTER or BEST. (You don’t need to change the Resize Filter neather the Retiming control).
If you got SHAKE you can get it done too. I think Shake and Compressor use the same filters for this purpose.
