Deinterlaced video on playable DVD
We’ve been exporting our rough cuts as deinterlaced mpegs so that they can be viewed by clients via the web. Suddenly one of the clients wants a DVD, so we made playable dvd’s through iDVD using the same deinterlaced mpegs. Having never done this before (with the deinterlaced video) I am concerned that it may cause a problem when the dvd is played in a set-top dvd player. Any comments?
