Defocus filter causes Text to vanish
Im creating a simple project. Text types on to a surface using the basic motion pop in. The camera is stationary and the test and back ground slide past the camera. I dont like the harsh lines of the text so I applied a defocus filter. Half way down the project the text vanishes. When I export the project the text still vanishes so its in the video exported. If I move the slider down to where the text vanishes and take the filter off the text reappears. There are no key frames present on the filter that would cause it to make the text completely disappear. What is most frustrating about this is I was able to do this with another portion of the project and it did not cause the text to disappear. This is truly maddening.
The text and back ground are a 3D group
Any focus altering filter I apply has this affect. What going on here? What bug is this what am I missing?
