default in/out frame length, shortcut
I am creating a music video on a 24 fps timeline and want to grab 12 frame cuts from hundreds of different clips, is there a fast way to go about doing this. I would be fine with opening the clips, entering the in point and being able to forgo “+12, enter , O, F12” step.
Is there a way to copy clip length in the timeline and paste it to other clips within the timeline? There is nothing within the “paste attributes” that accomplishes this. I appreciate any help/ideas.macbook pro 17″ i7, 8GB RAM

Don’t know of an automated way to do this but “+12, enter , O, F12” will give you a 13 frames insert to start with and that’s if you use F10 and not F12 which superimposes to whatever duration the underlying clip is.

I meant F10, thanks for the hint on the 1 extra frame, was wondering why there were 13…
