  Decklink: Why no 29.97/30 input in FCP Capture Presets?

  I’d like to create a custom Capture Preset in FCP, but I’m not given the option to set the input for my Decklink HD 3D to either 29.97 or 30 Hz at 1080 resolution. Anyone know how to do this? The input source is not PsF wrapped in 1080i, but 1080 at a standard progressive of either 29.97 or 30 Hz.
