  DeckLink Studio FCP to HD-SDI out

  Is there a reason why I can only use the RGB 8-bit/10-bit settings for playback when I connect the SDI cable from the DeckLink SD/HD-SDI out port to my Sony Trinitron broadcast monitor? But when I connect the SDI cable to the SDI out on the Break Out cable, I can use the BlackMagic HD 1080p and 720p settings for playback. Just wondering if I can avoid using the breakout cable for OCD sake sine there is a SDI out built onto the card. Right now we only need the SDI and HDMI in and out ports on the card.
