    Hello,
I have run into problem when trying to capture some vhs tapes.
Take a look at the captured video here:
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6uAHu7wjmA&feature=youtu.be

Maybe somebody came across such problem? This problem occurs only with certain tapes and no matter which input I use composite or s-video( I discused about it with some local folks and they told me that these tapes has lower signal and decklink cant work with it..)
And then I brought my old good canopus dv storm and it worked brilliantly with these tapes.
So maybe anybody knows the solution to this problem so I could work with decklink only and dont have to bring back old stuff?

P.s. local folk told me that they ran into similar problem, but they used betacam recorder as signal amplifier to decklink

    Hello Robert,
have you tried adding a TBC between the VHS VTR and the Decklink? If you don’t have one (maybe one manufactured by the wonderful DPS Digital Processing Systems), you could use a DVD recorder (usually all Panasonic ones have it) or other devices that may have an integrated TBC.

    Best Regards,
