  Decklink studio and capturing betacam sp

  So I try to capture festival on betacam sp. And in the begining video signal disapears and I get internmitent black( sometimes it drops me green frame and then black again) frames for few seconds and then it returns to normal( also I didnt try to capture longer to see if it is ok). I am trying to capture through component and I think cables are ok I can playback to betacam however I tried to capture with s*video and composite inputs and everything goes just fine. I am thinking, that in some part of begining video level drops or smth( In video I have a lot of flashing strobe lights) So Where should I begin?

  I use decklink studio card( driver v. 7,5) windows 7 ultimate 64x, 4gb ram, mediaexpress v1, codec uncompresed 8bit yuv pal, betacam recorder sony uvw-1400ap.
  Also Is there A way to make mediaexpres use usb to com port to control timecode on vtr via rs 232? I have seen post with premiere where you can set to use usb adapter.
