I finally had a break in my schedule that allowed me to upgrade to CS3. My high def projects are no problem as I run native and use the computer program monitor. When I try to work on an existing project that was captured before the upgrade (NTSC D1 720X486) the video constantly drops frames and loses sync with the audio. No way can I output this to tape. I tried to use CS2 which is still on the system and worked fine before the BM driver update (was using 5.8) and it has the same problem. I then tried to roll back to the 5.8 driver and now if I use CS2 it doesn’t recognize the BM codecs and opens the project on the desktop monitor. I tried starting a new project in CS2 and the BM codecs are there but the description says they can’t be used for editing. I normally use the 10 bit 4.2.2 but I then tried the mjpg codec with the same results. Anyone have any ideas or suggestions. I emailed BM support first thing this morning and in looking at some recent posts I have concerns about how quickly they may respond.

    Thanks
