  Decklink SDI Cant save preferences

  Hi
  I’m trying to configure a Decklink SDI card. However, I get an error message all the time telling me the following: “An error has prevented the Blackmagic Device from being saved. You may need to reinstall Blackmagic Desktop Video” (please see enclosed pictures).

  I’ve reinstalled the card several times but receives the same message again and again.

  Does anyone have a clue how I can fix this?
