  decklink remote not working throgh router

  hiii…
  i have G5 2.5 quad with decklink extreme its connected throgh video
  router but remote is not working .. when i am connect directly from the deck its working fine … i already chechk the cable, router and the deck…
  i din’t find whats the problemm or decklink remote its not wroking through router…
  plz give me a solution as soon as posiible
  its a great help if u give me a solution…
