Decklink output while capturing FIXED
Hello,
For people that have the same issues I have seen (Decklink output scrambled while capturing), there is a solution:
You should modify the Genlock Timing once to some value (I had set it to -128) and click “Apply”. I started premiere once to check if anything changed. After that, you can set it to 0 again. The problem was fixed after that.This is with the latest drivers (5.2 on windows), I have no idea if this would be a fix for the older 5.X drivers too.

For people that have this issue, it is only fixed in 5.2 and you have to cycle the settings like described here.
