  Decklink Mini Monitor with Prem CS6 Setup problems

  Hi Can anyone help, i am having some trouble setting up our BM Decklink Mini Monitor card.

  System
  Gigabyte EX58
  Intel i7 920 Quad Core
  12gb DDR 3 SDRAM
  Nvidia Quadro FX 3800

  Going to JVC KMH-3000 Switcher

  Hi we use the pc to send graphics and titles from Premiere Pro CS6 to our vision mixer in the studio. however we have just had a newer machine put in there and we are having some trouble setting it up. I have followed the instructions on the Decklink Booklet but i am having no joy. i keep getting an error message in premiere saying

  “low level exception has occurred in Black Magic Playback Transmit:Create:Instance”

  And we cannot get any output from the decklink mini monitor to the channel on the vision mixer. it used to work fine but now does not. we are using 1920/1080 50i settings as that’s the output from the studio cameras. Have followed instructions on BM Manual still no joy.

  can anyone give me some step by step instructions if they know what i am doing wrong, or has anyone else had this issue and knows how to resolve it.
