I tried every PCIE slot, uninstall and install the latest desktop video million times.
and I even tried to put it on another Windows 8 computer, but it doesn’t show up too.
I don’t think it would be that coincident bought a faculty one.

What software did you use to try and play video out of it? Remember, the Mini Monitor is not a graphics card and will not show up as a second display to extend your desktop to. When you open up the Blackmagic Control Panel are any of the settings editable?

    Hi,

I have had the same problem before, although not on hackintosh but on windows 7.
I had bought 3 different BMD deck link cards and one of them (mini monitor) just didn’t show up no matter what.
I returned it and got a new one from the supplier and it showed up immediately as it should.

I’d say its a hardware problem.
    Hope that helps
    Dave
