If you can verify that the serial is from a older model card then could you tell me what serial would be a good number. I could then call and exchange it for a card with a proper serial. I’d be willing to get the the pro model if it work properly.

March 10, 2008 at 10:16 pmI’ve been in touch with the US support office, and that serial number should actually be ok and outside the bracket of the incompatibility problem, so its quite odd you’re still getting it!
Another solution that has been passed on if for you to try a shorter cable (under 3m) if possible as a last ditch effort.
