  Decklink HDEx3 Driver issue? Z820, Windows7Pro64, HPThunderbolt2 card, 3ioFX RAID, k5000

  Hi.
  Am wondering if anyone else has come across my latest dilemma.

  A previously working Decklink HD Extreme 3 (the one with HDMI but not 3d) has started not being recognised at start up.
  Sometimes re-installing drivers brings it back, sometimes not, sometimes older drivers work.
  Can anyone offer any troubleshooting tips?
  Are there any known driver conflicts?

  It may be the new BIOS and driver for the Thunderbolt2 card.
  Is there anyone at HP that responds to questions?
