DeckLink HD Pro PCIe went out
Hi, I have a DeckLink HD Pro PCIe connected to a G5 Quad…I wa working one day and the picture just went out…my external monitor/tv says there is no signal, but my computer thinks a display is connected…I have the most up to date software, plus I checked the seating of the card and break out cable, and all looks well…any suggestions? thanks in advance…

Have you updated the firmware? If yes, I suggest re-seating the card in another slot.

i reseated the card in my 4x slot instead of my 8x slot, and no luck…i reinstalled the software from the site, again no luck…the card is not even a month old, would it go out this fast…

haha, turns out a port on my tv went bad…sorry…
