    DeckLink HD Extreme, signal but no image

    Hi guys,

    We have a BlackMagic HD Extreme, old board, suddenly we can see no image going out of the card, if we connect the output to a Harriss instrument we can see there’s signal coming from the card, and even sound, but no image. If we change the signal from 1080 to 720 or SD the Harriss can see the new signal without problem, but we don’t get any image.

    We are on OSX 10.6.8 and FCP 6.06

    I thought about installing new drivers but don’t even know which ones should we download because legacy ones are HD or Extreme, but no Decklink HD Extreme.

    Any idea would help,

    Footage/sequence settings?
    Fcp playback settings?
    Decklink control panel processing settings?
