    Decklink HD extreme 3D problem

    I have a Decklink HD extreme 3d card installed on a PC, Windows 7, i7 quad processor, 12G ram. I have installed all the latest drivers and softwware 8.0.1

    Functionality has been hit and miss.

    1. When playing clips with Media Express the clip won’t run when play is pressed, black sig output from the board, I can move the cursor up and down the Media Express timeline and see the video image on the MediaExpress preview window. No error messages.

    2. When using card for external monitor with Vegas 10d editor, no output, no error message.

    3. When used for capture, no sig shows on the Media Express window.

    4. When used to print video to VTR no video output.

    I have re-installed drivers and MediaExpress.

    Problem comes and goes for no apparent reason. Next time I turn the PC on and attempt to use the card it will probably work fine.

    How can I get more reliability from this product?

    That is a decklink HD extreme card, not a 3D card!
