    Hi All

I know I’m just missing something here:

I have a Decklink HD 4:4:4 card running on a G5 with FCP. All my work sofar has been SD, but we’re now switching to Varicam 720P. I captured a few clips as 720, no problem. Drop them into a new sequence, no problem. But I can’t get the card to downconvert on the output to SD. What should my video playback output be set to in A?V Devices? If I set it to BlackMagic NTSC all I get is still frames. If I set to any of the HD settings, I get snow on the monitor, regardless of how I set the downconverter options in System Preferences.

    Any wisdom out there?

    Cheers
