  decklink extreme pinout

  i cannot find the breakout cable of an old Decklink Extreme board.
  it has a 37 pin connector
  cold anybody help with the pinout or with the pins for
  SDI IN and OUT
  ANALOG AUDIO CH1 and CH2 IN AND OUT
  CPST
