    Howdy,
I have a dual 2.7Ghz G5 with a Decklink Extreme card. It’s always been fine for getting BetaSP in and out of it. We’ve been using the system lately for lots of DVCAM material with a Sony DSR 1500A. Last night I went to capture some BetaSP tapes with the Decklink-no audio.
Checked the patch, everything seems right.
    Restarted. No change.
Tried audio right into the breakout’s XLRs with a tone generator, Nothing.
Reseated the breakout cable. No change.
Running Decklink v6.6.4 according to System Profiler.
    Any Ideas??

Check the Audio Preference pane in System Preferences. Sometimes it will switch over to Line in under the Input tab instead of Decklink Audio.

thanks Dan. I did that first(should of posted that, sorry).
When I have the sound prefs open I can’t see any input, even a Q-box tone generator straight into the XLR.
I’m probably gonna try and reseat the card this afternoon.
