I started to export to tape this morning from my Decklink SP and Premiere Pro and for some reason am not getting video out.
So after not coming up with a solution troubleshooting, I decided to update driver software, I downloaded the 6.5.1 software, and when I started to uninstall my 6.4, I discover there is no uninstall. In trying to install the new software, I get an error “System Administrator has set policies to prevent this installation.” Any ideas?

    Sorry,
I should have added. I checked output from After Effects and it is fine. Can’t find any setting in Premiere Pro that might be causing a problem.

    Sorry guys,
Operator error. But I am still concerned that I can’t find an uninstall and no way to do it in add remove programs. I would like to update drivers.

Any suggestions would help a bunch.

Can you uninstall from device manager?

    I feel really stupid now.
It was our IT department messing around with admin privileges. As soon as they reinstated mine, everything was working again, even uninstall in add remove programs.

New software and drivers are now intstalled and working fine.
