  Decklink analog capture quality?

  I’m trying to capture some s-video at the highest quality. I’ve
  noticed that my intensity pro adds a low spatial frequency ripple.
  Someone else noticed the same effect with their intensity pro
  and documented it in waveform monitor:

  In another discussion, someone said that this was because of
  cheap components in the intensity pro. If I buy a more expensive
  decklink card and try to do an s-video capture, will it also
  have this extra noise?
