  • Deciphering a crash (constantly) report—???

Posted by Phillip Powell on October 23, 2007 at 7:25 pm

Any ideas be a big help as Apple don’t make it easy to figure these things out.

Happens when rendering, or exporting to Compressor or just editing. Tried the usual:
    -deleted prefs
    -re-set PRAM
    -changed drives to render to

Here’s the crash report, and thanks in advance for any clue, p2:

Looks like you have a lot on your firewire ports, including an io and multiple fw drives. That’s not really recommended.

Do you have your Expansion Slot Utility setup properly?

Do you have any third party codecs installed, such as Avid codecs?
