Is there a typical method for removing redundant keyframes and interpolating them? Essentially, the same idea as speeding up or slowing down video, except it is the keyframes rather than the video frames themselves that are being duplicated and dropped?

For example, I have 200 keyframes for the “source frame” property of timewarp that occur within 10 seconds of video. They were put in by a script. The motion is slightly off, but I can’t tell how, exactly. I would like to reduce the number of keyframes, but not linearly.

I can figure out how to do it in a script. But, it seems like something people already do, perhaps by a different name.
