Deciding on First Lighting Kit
Hi guys, I’m trying to decide which lighting kit to invest into…Either the Arri compact fresnel 3 light with 650, 300 or 150 or the compact fresnel 3 light all 650. Do most people just use the same kinds of light and just scrim them to bring down the brightness or do most recommend higher and lower wattages throughout. I know….ridiculous question, but it’s my first kit and I only have 2000 available to spend. I typically shoot interviews either with two people on camera multi cam which is why I lean towards all big lights to have enough to light both parties and also single cam interviews/b-roll which i think the multiple light setups would be more beneficial. So, first pro light kit…what do you think?
