Dec 2nd – Where is my new Mac Pro and updated FCPX?

As a posting newbie let me add my 2 cents and wild speculation.

Given that Conrad in Germany has posted an availability date of December 16 and the shipping time for BTO Imacs is up to 7 business days, simple math tells us the Mac Pro will come on line for orders tomorrow.

As with 2012 predictions, there is no way this can be wrong given the signs.

I’m doing comparisons of the specs vs price ( I know that we don’t know the numbers 100%) but I just read at MacRumors some updated specs:

Flash Storage (Stock: 256GB PCIe-based)
– 512GB: +$300
– 1TB: +$800

I spend my days in FCPX, Motion, After Effects, and Photoshop.

So Cores or GPU’s Which category do you think I need the most muscle in?…if I had to choose…
