  deblocking/debanding filter ?

  I’m using Media Composer & would like to smooth some heavily pixelated/banded videos (poor quality 720p MP4 for that matter) .

  Quickly browsing through my effects palette (MC, BCC 10, RED 5.6), I couldn’t find something called deblocking or debanding…BCC’s DV Fixer doesn’t seem to fix that kind of problem…

  What filter/tool would you use to accomplish this, without sacrificing too much of the clip sharpness ?
